Trainees are encouraged to access the EOP asynchronous course using a desktop, laptop, or tablet with a stable internet connection and a supported web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari) to ensure optimal learning experience. Trainees are required to log in using Singpass. Any alternative authentication method is subject to prior approval from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Trainees should not distribute, copy, share or resell any course notes or materials. If caught, they will be prosecuted by the relevant Government Authorities. A valid and active email address is required for receiving notifications and course-related communications upon successful payment. Uninstall or disable any web browser extensions, as they may interfere with LMS performance and prevent progression through the course content.
